Delete Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your BloomBags account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Important Note
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your subscription history, saved addresses, and active floral delivery plans. This action cannot be undone.
What data will be deleted?
Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Active subscription preferences
Please note that some transaction records may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for accounting purposes.
How to initiate deletion?
To ensure the security of your account, we require a verification step to delete your data. You can initiate this in two ways:
